Delivery

The delivery is done by Bpost in Belgium and for foreign shipments this may differ. The Customer is responsible for the correct transmission of address details. Atike's Creations cannot be held liable for this. 

Unless otherwise agreed or explicitly stated, the goods will be delivered to the domicile of the Client within 10 days after receipt and payment of the order. If the term of delivery would be longer for one reason or another, the Client will be informed by Atike's Creations.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an article or any other shortcoming in the delivery, must be immediately reported by the Client to Atike's Creations by e-mail: info@atikescreations.be.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the Client upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Client to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Atike's Creations.
